About Us

As a child, Eric Stanley had a passion to learn how the universe worked and obsessively tinkered in electronics, carpentry, and chemistry, the building blocks of our world.  In 1987, his curiosity naturally led him to an apprenticeship with Local Union 250 (Steamfitters, pipefitters and refrigeration mechanics of Gardena, CA).  He completed the program in 1992 and has been in the trade ever since.

With 32 years of experience in the trade, Mr. Stanley's specialty is Commercial A/C and Heating with a secondary background in Residential A/C and Heating.  

Feeling the need to blaze is own trails and create a legacy for his family, Mr. Stanley formed Integrity Air Conditioning & Heating in 1994.  The company grew exponentially in 1996 when Integrity Air secured contracts with The Department of Defense, local school districts, major telecommunications companies, hospital as well as the residential markets.  Integrity Air was temporarily halted during a tour in the Iraq War (2008 to 2011).

• Knowledgeable of HVAC industry practices, guidelines, regulations, etc.
